Review the trip
We evaluate mileage, timing, access, border or ferry needs, and whether we can do the requested trip safely.
Build the care plan
Before departure, we write down food, water, litter, medication, comfort items, update preferences, contacts, and important things to watch for.
Confirm pickup
The people at pickup and delivery confirm the handoff details, supplies, written instructions, and any last details.
Travel and deliver
Your driver follows the agreed plan throughout the ground journey and completes a personal handoff at the destination.
Updates
Agree on the updates before the wheels turn.
People differ in how often they want updates and which details matter most. We document the update plan before departure so expectations are clear for the driver, the person who arranged the trip, and the person receiving the cat.
If something changes the estimated timing, we tell the people who need to know using the agreed contact information. Emergency and veterinary contacts should be current and reachable throughout the journey.
Your preparation
Familiar supplies make the plan possible.
You provide the carrier and the food, medication, litter, comfort items, and documentation agreed upon for the trip. Label supplies clearly and avoid packing unapproved items where the driver cannot identify them.
